Returns and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase.
We hope you’re happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges and returns can be processed quickly and easily by CLICKING HERE.


Return Period

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. Please ensure the return package is sent back to us within this 30-day window.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it for a refund or opt for a store credit with an added bonus.



Refund Options

Store Credit (+15% Bonus):
Receive your refund faster and with 15% extra value! Processing takes 2–3 working days after we receive your return.

Original Payment Method:
Refunds to your original payment method typically take 7–10 business days after the return has been processed.


Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative. Shipping costs for the replacement item are free of charge.



Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us immediately at support@garmenswear.com for assistance.



Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear (including socks)

  • Perfumes without intact plastic seal

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return period

  • Worn or damaged items not reported to our customer service team




Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and depend on the carrier and the country from which you're returning.
Please note that we do not cover customs duties or import taxes for exchanges.
Make sure to keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.



Return Processing

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Please note it may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
